Resident Engineer / Technical Consultant (m/f/d) – Window Construction

Your responsibilities

• You are the first point of contact for customers, local technicians, and sales partners regarding all aspects of window construction and fabrication
• You respond to inquiries about feasibility, dimensions, and specifications and prepare technical calculations
• You share your expertise and conduct practical training sessions and workshops
• You take national standards and building regulations into account and incorporate them into projects
• You work closely with our Product Management team on further developments and provide practical input
• You understand machinery, adapt it where necessary, and ensure effective coordination with accessories and hardware

Our requirements

• Sound practical experience in window production or installation
• Comprehensive knowledge of window profiles, accessories, and production processes
• Experience with AutoCAD and window planning software is desirable
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain complex topics simply and empower people with no prior experience
• An open-minded, confident, and professional manner in an intercultural environment, together with an appetite for new challenges
• Willingness to travel internationally (approximately 50%)
• Very good English skills (at least C1 level); German of advantage, additional foreign languages, such as Arabic or Russian, are an advantage
