SAP Indirect Tax Consultant

Expected, SAP S/4HANA, SAP SD, SAP MM, SAP FI, Indirect TAX, SAP, SAP ABAP

Your responsibilities, Analyze business requirements to design and deliver automated tax determination logic within SAP S/4HANA, Integrate tax requirements across SD, MM and FI to ensure consistent tax treatment throughout the supply chain., Configure and maintain the interface between SAP and external tax engines for real-time rate calculations., Support the technical setup for local statutory requirements, such as real-time reporting and SAFT, Act as the primary liaison between the business and IT to translate complex tax laws into clear functional specifications., Leading Unit Testing, System Integration Testing (SIT), and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for all tax-related changes., Resolving complex production issues e.g. tax calculations fail or produce incorrect results in high-volume transaction environment, failing of e-invoice submission to government

Minimum 5+ years of hands-on implementation experience, including at least two full project lifecycles as SAP SD/MM functional consultant and proven track record in SD/MM and FI integration, Bachelor or Master degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or an equivalent field of studies, Expert knowledge of SAP Indirect Tax (VAT/GST) setup, with deep experience in complex EU tax rules within large MNC environments., ABAP debugging skills to troubleshoot complex tax calculation and interface issues., Excellent communication and problem solving skills, Fluency in English
