Your responsibilities

• Creating, maintaining, and delivering the global assembly structure based on technical data from R&D and design departments
• Ensuring that part information, assembly logic, and production-relevant data are correctly prepared for series production
• Supporting the transfer from project phase into stable series production
• Acting as a link between production, product engineering, development, and other specialist functions
• Working on interdisciplinary topics together with international colleagues
• Supporting common preparation standards and working methods within TRATON
• Analysing technical changes, identifying dependencies, and reacting to deviations in a structured way
• Contributing to process improvements, digitalization activities, and the further development of preparation methods
• Ensuring that preparation work is accurate, transparent, and suitable for the needs of production

Our requirements

• A university degree with a technical focus, or equivalent relevant technical experience
• Intensive experience in work preparation, production preparation, industrial engineering, manufacturing engineering, or a similar technical function
• Good understanding of assembly processes, preferably in truck, automotive, or comparable industrial production
• Strong analytical skills and a structured working style
• The ability to handle complex technical data with accuracy and consistency
• Good logical thinking and the ability to identify patterns, dependencies, and changes
• Confidence in computer-based work and very good knowledge of Windows applications
• Openness to digital tools, process improvements, and new working methods
• Fluent English, both written and spoken
• Experience with assembly software, Power BI, or truck product knowledge would be an additional advantage
• A responsible, self-driven, and cooperative personality
• Analytical thinking skills
