If so, join our Daily Banking Middletier team and help us drive the evolution of Commerzbank's online and mobile banking services., , As a Business Expert, you will play a key role in translating business needs into innovative digital solutions, working closely with Product Owners, Software Engineers, DevOps Engineers, and Test Specialists across Germany, Poland, and the Czech Republic. Together, you will ensure that our Transaction Overview and Finance Overview services deliver a seamless, secure, and customer-centric banking experience.

Your responsibilities, Analyzing and evaluating business requirements from both functional and technical perspectives, identifying dependencies, risks, and impacts on existing systems and processes, Analyzing REST APIs, system integrations, and data flows to assess business needs, evaluate solution options, and support incident investigations, Collaborating with Product Owners, Software Engineers, and stakeholders to define and continuously improve digital banking solutions, Translating business requirements into user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, and technical specifications, Coordinating requirements clarification and solution discussions across multiple teams and systems within the Daily Banking landscape, Driving continuous improvement of processes, documentation standards, and solution quality while ensuring compliance with regulatory and security requirements, Supporting backlog management, sprint planning, workshops, and strategic initiatives related to daily banking services

Strong experience in Technical Business Analysis and Requirements Engineering, Knowledge of REST APIs, system integrations, and open data formats such as JSON, Understanding of SQL and relational databases for requirements analysis, troubleshooting, and data validation, Experience with Agile methodologies, user stories, acceptance criteria, and backlog management, Strong stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills, Ability to work effectively between business and IT teams, translating complex requirements into practical solutions, Very good communication skills in English
