• Collect and analyze BI reporting and dashboard requirements.
• BI Development
  • Develop and maintain Power BI reporting solutions.
• Data Integration
  • Perform ETL processes from multiple data sources.
• Data Modeling
  • Design and maintain effective BI data models.
• Create visual reports and business storytelling dashboards.
• Testing & Documentation
  • Support testing, documentation, and report deployment activities.
• Research and troubleshoot BI and reporting issues.
• Stakeholder Collaboration
  • Work with business users and technical stakeholders.

Requirements

• BI Experience
  • Experience delivering BI reports from requirements to production.
• Analytical Thinking
  • Ability to translate data into meaningful visual insights.
• Power BI Knowledge
  • Hands-on experience with Power BI desktop and cloud services.
• ETL Experience
  • Experience integrating data from multiple source systems.
• Data Modeling
  • Knowledge of designing and maintaining BI data models.
• Experience with reporting, dashboards, and data storytelling.
• SQL Skills
  • Basic SQL knowledge for querying and data analysis.
• Communication Skills
  • Good English and Polish communication and collaboration skills.
