Your responsibilities

• Define and embed a clear leadership framework aligned with business strategy
• Design and scale global leadership development journeys across all levels
• Develop leaders capable of operating in a complex, regulated, and science-driven environment
• Partner with senior HR and business leaders to identify gaps and co-create practical solutions
• Modernize leadership development through scalable, high-impact formats (cohorts, action learning, digital tools)
• Ensure sustained behavioral change and integration with talent and performance processes
• Measure leadership effectiveness and continuously improve programs based on business impact

Our requirements

• Strong experience in Learning & Development with focus on leadership development
• Proven ability to design and scale global leadership programs
• Experience working with senior stakeholders and executive leaders
• Understanding of leadership frameworks, behavior change, and adult learning principles
• Ability to translate development initiatives into tangible business outcomes
• Strategic, systems-thinking mindset with strong influencing skills
• Agile, proactive, and comfortable operating in complexity
• Passion for people development and building sustainable leadership capability
