Senior Product Manager (turbochargers) - M/K

For our Client, an international organization operating in the automotive industry, we are looking for an experienced professional for the position of Senior Product Manager (M/K) .

The person in this role will be responsible for the development and profitability of the turbocharger category in the European market, with a strong focus on the aftermarket segment.

This role combines strong technical expertise with strategic and commercial competencies. The Product Manager will be responsible for product strategy, portfolio development, market analysis, and close cooperation with Sales and Business Development teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement the product strategy for the turbocharger category in the European market
• Analyze market trends, competition, and technological developments (OE/ Aftermarket)
• Develop and manage the product portfolio
• Responsibility for pricing, margins, and category profitability
• Prepare strategic reviews and annual budgets
• Cooperate with engineering, production, and commercial teams
• Maintain direct contact with B2B customers across the European market
• Manage and mentor a team of 2-3 people

Requirements:

• University degree (preferred: engineering, business, marketing)
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role
• In-depth product knowledge of turbochargers (aftermarket and/or OE) – mandatory requirement
• Strong technical understanding of the product and the automotive market
• Experience in P&L analysis and budgeting
• Experience working with B2B customers
• Ability to combine technical insight with business perspective
• Very good command of English (B2/C1 level)
• Willingness to travel for business purposes
