Description

Lead a team of .Net developers, ensuring alignment on goals, quality, and delivery timelines. Mentor and coach team members to support their technical and professional growth. Drive engineering excellence by promoting best practices in coding, architecture, and testing. Plan and manage team capacity, sprints, and milestones to ensure predictable delivery. Collaborate with other Team Leaders, Development Managers, Architects, and Product Owners to align engineering execution with business objectives. Ensure effective adoption and execution of agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) within the team. Contribute to the evolution of development processes, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps practices. Foster a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and knowledge sharing.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of .Net developers, ensuring alignment on goals, quality, and delivery timelines.
• Mentor and coach team members to support their technical and professional growth.
• Drive engineering excellence by promoting best practices in coding, architecture, and testing.
• Plan and manage team capacity, sprints, and milestones.
• Collaborate with other Team Leaders, Development Managers, Architects, and Product Owners.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of commercial software development experience.
• 2+ years leading Scrum teams with a solid grasp of Agile methodologies.
• Strong technical expertise in .NET and object-oriented programming.
• Experience with microservices, distributed architecture, GraphQL, REST APIs, event buses, and message queues (RabbitMQ).
• Proficiency in Test Driven Development, unit, integration, and acceptance testing.
• Familiarity with SQL/NoSQL (MsSQL, MongoDB), Docker, cloud platforms (AWS/Azure).
• Exceptional communication, teamwork, attention to detail, organizational, and leadership skills.
• Analytical mindset and ability to inspire, mentor, and lead by example.
• Experience with front-end technologies (React, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery).
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins) and modern DevOps practices.
• Experience with AWS/Azure cloud environments.
• Familiarity with application performance monitoring tools.
