Financial Analyst (Management Support)

For our client, we are seeking a detail‑oriented Financial Analyst who will play a key role in supporting senior leaders with high‑quality financial insights, on‑demand analyses and tailored reporting.

Responsibilities:

• Preparing ad hoc financial analyses, reports and presentations specifically requested by senior management
• Delivering timely insights to support strategic decisions, business reviews and executive discussions
• Conducting deep‑dive analysis on financial performance, cost trends, variances and business drivers
• Building and maintaining financial models to support forecasting, budgeting and scenario planning
• Monitoring KPIs and identifying opportunities to improve financial efficiency and business performance
• Collaborating with cross‑functional teams to gather data, validate assumptions and ensure accuracy
• Supporting monthly, quarterly and annual reporting cycles with high‑quality analytical input

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting or a related field
• 3-5 + years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A or controlling
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to work independently on urgent, unstructured requests
• Excellent command of Excel, financial modelling and BI/reporting tools
• Experience preparing materials for senior stakeholders is highly valued
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, work under pressure and deliver precise results
• Fluency in English (additional languages are an advantage)
• Strong communication skills and confidence in presenting insights to leadership
