Website and SEO specialist


We are looking for a Website Specialist who will take ownership of website updates, optimization, and ongoing development. This role works closely with the marketing team to ensure high-quality content, effective landing pages, and strong visibility in search engines.


Key Responsibilities
  • Ongoing content updates and management of the website using a CMS.

  • Creating, launching, and optimizing landing pages for marketing and sales campaigns.

  • Supporting website structure planning and user journey optimization.

  • On-site SEO optimization: content, meta data, structure, and internal linking.

  • Monitoring website traffic and user behavior (Google Analytics, Google Search Console, etc.).

  • Collaborating with content, performance marketing, IT teams, or external vendors when needed.

  • Ensuring website content is consistent with brand guidelines and communication strategy.

  • Implementing optimization recommendations to improve conversion rates (CRO).

    Requirements
  • Experience in a Website Specialist, Digital Specialist, or similar role.

  • Hands on experience with CMS platforms (e.g. WordPress, Adobe Experience Manager, Drupal, or similar).

  • Experience with event tracking and tagging (Google Tag Manager or similar)

  • Solid understanding of SEO principles and content optimization.

  • Experience creating and optimizing landing pages.

  • Analytical skills and ability to draw insights from data (GA, GSC).

  • Basic knowledge of UX/UI principles.

  • Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS

  • Strong attention to detail, independence, and good time management.

  • English proficiency sufficient for working with documentation and international teams.
