Responsibilities

• Independently operate CNC machines (grinders, lathes, milling machines – depending on skills)
• Perform tool changes and load parts (max. weight 5-10 kg)
• Conduct measurements using appropriate measuring tools
• Work based on technical drawings and create technical documentation
• Carry out maintenance tasks (changing oil, water, filters, etc.)
• Ensure continuous visual and quality control of finished elements
• Operate controls: Siemens, Heidenhain
• Make minor program corrections (preferred but not required)
• Process materials: aluminum, steel (stainless and regular), copper, and beryllium alloys

Requirements

• Knowledge of German (minimum conversational level)
• Professional experience in CNC operations
• Ability to use measuring tools and read technical drawings
• Willingness to work in a shift system
