Responsibilities
- Independently operate CNC machines (grinders, lathes, milling machines – depending on skills)
- Perform tool changes and load parts (max. weight 5-10 kg)
- Conduct measurements using appropriate measuring tools
- Work based on technical drawings and create technical documentation
- Carry out maintenance tasks (changing oil, water, filters, etc.)
- Ensure continuous visual and quality control of finished elements
- Operate controls: Siemens, Heidenhain
- Make minor program corrections (preferred but not required)
- Process materials: aluminum, steel (stainless and regular), copper, and beryllium alloys
Requirements
- Knowledge of German (minimum conversational level)
- Professional experience in CNC operations
- Ability to use measuring tools and read technical drawings
- Willingness to work in a shift system
