A Growth Marketing Assistant Who Keeps Our Growth Engine Running
We're looking for a Growth Marketing Assistant to own the day-to-day execution of our paid social campaigns—primarily Meta, with potential to expand to other platforms over time. Right now, our Growth Lead is managing paid social alongside broader growth strategy, and we need someone to take the operational load off the team. This role exists to do exactly that. You'll handle ad uploads, campaign launches, daily optimisations, naming conventions, and project coordination support for the creative team. Your goal is simple: keep our campaigns running cleanly, our data organised, and our creative testing moving without delays. If you're detail‑obsessed, great at following systems, and have some marketing operations experience under your belt, we want to hear from you.
Proficiency in English as a first language is essential for this role.
- Time zone: Overlap with the UK team is required—at minimum 9am–12pm UK time
- Location: Remote. Eastern Europe or Philippines.

Campaign execution and ad uploads
- Upload ads into Meta Ads Manager (and other platforms as the role evolves) weekly for creative testing (close to 50 ads per week)
- Launch new campaigns for sales events, product launches, and other initiatives
- Maintain naming conventions across all campaigns and ads to keep our data clean and easy to action
- Ensure every ad that goes live meets our internal standards before it is published
Daily optimisations
- Review active ads daily across testing and evergreen campaigns
- Flag underperforming ads and pause them based on established SOPs
- Monitor budgets and pacing across campaigns and flag anything that needs attention
- Provide clear, concise daily notes so the team can make fast decisions
Creative and project coordination
- Support the creative strategists with brief templates and Asana task management
- Keep the creative testing plan organised and on track in Asana
- Coordinate with agencies and channel partners when quick communication is needed between teams
- Help bridge the gap between the creative team and the ad account so nothing falls through the cracks
Requirements

- Wants a side hustle or is juggling freelance work.
- Struggles to work independently across multiple tasks without constant check‑ins.
THIS IS FOR SOMEONE WHO:
- Has 2+ years experience as a VA, marketing assistant, or operations assistant.
- Has worked in a DTC, ecommerce, or startup environment (Big plus!).
- Is exceptionally detail‑oriented—catches errors before they happen and maintains consistency under pressure.
- Can follow SOPs to the letter, every time, without cutting corners.
- Has at least basic familiarity with Meta Ads Manager or similar ad platforms.
- Communicates clearly and directly—no fluff, no over‑explaining.
- Is self‑directed and gets things done without hand‑holding.
- Genuinely enjoys working within systems and structured workflows.
- Stays calm when managing high ad volume or multiple concurrent campaigns.
