Job Description

• Provide medical oversight for the company's product portfolio.
• Review and approve promotional, educational, and training materials to ensure scientific accuracy and regulatory compliance.
• Deliver medical and scientific support to Marketing, Sales, and other business functions.
• Contribute to the development of the company's product strategy and recommend portfolio growth opportunities.
• Identify emerging market trends, unmet healthcare needs, and opportunities for product innovation.
• Support the successful launch and implementation of new products.
• Foster effective cross-functional collaboration and facilitate efficient internal communication.
• Build and maintain relationships with medical experts, scientific communities, and Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs).
• Develop, review, and validate medical content, scientific communications, and educational materials.
• Monitor regulatory developments and market trends relevant to healthcare products.

The Successful Applicant

• Several years of experience as a Medical Manager, Medical Advisor, or in a similar role within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
• Strong practical knowledge of the pharmaceutical, medical device, and dietary supplement markets.
• Proven experience collaborating with Marketing and Sales teams and providing medical support for promotional activities and new product launches.
• Experience reviewing and approving promotional, educational, and training materials in compliance with applicable regulations.
• Excellent knowledge of regulations governing the promotion and advertising of medicinal products, medical devices, and dietary supplements.
• Strong ability to analyze scientific data, interpret clinical studies, and translate medical insights into actionable business recommendations.
• Experience working in cross-functional environments and collaborating effectively with Marketing, Sales, Regulatory Affairs, Quality Assurance, and Market Access teams.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including the ability to build relationships with medical experts and Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs).
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
• Experience contributing to product strategy development and identifying portfolio expansion opportunities will be considered a strong advantage.
