FCT Technology Leader (m/w/d)

These are your tasks:

• Lead and coordinate activities related to computer-based production and test systems, ensuring reliability and availability for manufacturing.
• Manage the technical system architecture, maintenance and continuous improvement of FCT test platforms and related infrastructure.
• Develop, optimize and validate automated test and measurement solutions supporting production processes and quality requirements.
• Lead FCT-related projects and technical initiatives, including integration of Software Libraries and support for rollout activities.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional engineering and production teams, providing expert support to the Head of Test Systems and acting as a technical advisor in your domain.

Who we are looking for:

• Degree in Electronics Engineering
  or a related technical field, with experience in industrial or production environments.
• Proven experience in technical system management, especially computer-based production or test systems.
• Strong programming skills in LabVIEW, TestStand and C#, including experience with software integration testing and validation processes.
• Ability to coordinate technical activities, manage multiple priorities and drive issues to resolution
  in a structured way.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills, with a good understanding of industrial production processes and test systems, and very good command of English (spoken and written).
• Working in a global / international business environment.
