A global manufacturing company from the automotive sector, operating one of the most advanced vehicle production facilities in Southern Poland. The site plays a key role within an international production network, combining modern manufacturing technologies, automation, and continuous process improvement. Your responsibilities

  • Lead the Product Quality Assurance team, including responsibility for measurement and testing equipment monitoring.
  • Participate in projects from concept phase through serial production launch, ensuring quality requirements are met at every stage.
  • Drive quality performance through KPI monitoring and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Act as the key interface between production, customers, and international project teams.
  • Develop and implement actions to improve product and process quality.
  • Ensure quality standards in both serial production and new product introduction projects.
  • Support problem-solving activities and the implementation of corrective actions.

Our requirements

  • Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a technical or manufacturing environment.
  • At least 3 years of experience in Body in White (BIW) and welding processes.
  • Experience in quality assurance, quality control, or measurement technology.
  • Knowledge of laser applications, including laser welding, laser brazing, and laser cutting.
  • Experience with GOM systems, inline measurement solutions, and advanced quality inspection technologies.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Fluent English and Polish.
  • German language skills will be considered an advantage.
  • Welding Engineer certification will be a strong asset.
