Your responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of European customer accounts and monitor outstanding balances
• Follow up on overdue invoices through phone, email and other communication channels
• Resolve customer financial queries related to pricing, quantities, quality issues and other account discrepancies
• Coordinate issue resolution with internal stakeholders and designated resolution owners
• Prepare and issue dunning letters, account statements and collection-related communications
• Post and allocate customer payments accurately and on time
• Support cash application activities, including netting and month-end close tasks
• Prepare Accounts Receivable, collections, forecast and other OTC reports and analyses
• Ensure customer account records and supporting documentation are accurate and up to date
• Participate in collection review meetings and conference calls
• Collaborate with Customer Service, Sales, Finance and other business functions across Europe
• Support internal and external audits by providing required information and documentation
• Contribute to process improvement initiatives and support achievement of team KPIs and service levels
• Perform other OTC tasks as required

Our requirements

• Experience in Finance, Accounts Receivable, Collections or a related area is an advantage
• Fluent English (written and spoken)
• German or French language skills will be considered a strong asset
• Good knowledge of MS Excel for reporting and data analysis
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Good organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to work effectively under deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Customer-oriented mindset with a collaborative approach
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle or similar) is an advantage
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
