Software Engineer I

Responsibilities

• Architect, build, test, and deliver full-stack products and solutions.
• Build capabilities across reporting and intelligence, enterprise administration, developer and agent platforms, or billing and monetization.
• Collaborate with engineers, platform and infrastructure teams, product managers, designers, and support teams.
• Use and develop skills across Go, GraphQL, TypeScript, React, and MySQL.
• Own the operational health of production systems and contribute to scalable media asset infrastructure.
• Influence core architecture, product roadmap, and the broader engineering community.
• Use coding agents and assistants throughout design, implementation, testing, and production investigations while evaluating their output critically.

Requirements

• Strong fundamentals in programming, data structures, algorithms, and debugging developed through a computer science degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience building working software through projects, internships, open-source contributions, or professional work.
• An AI-native approach using coding agents and assistants to learn, build, test, and debug.
• Evidence of rapid learning, responsiveness to feedback, and increasing ownership of well-defined problems.
• Clear communication and collaborative working practices.
• Preferred experience includes full-stack engineering for scalable media processing and streaming applications.
• Experience in reporting and data systems, enterprise administration, developer and agent platforms, billing and monetization, or full-stack product development is a plus.
