Manager, Accounting to Reporting

Your responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end accounting, financial close, financial compliance, and reporting activities
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, company policies, internal controls, IFRS, local GAAP, and statutory requirements
- Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes
- Oversee general ledger accounting, reconciliations, journal entries, and accruals
- Coordinate the preparation and review of statutory and group financial statements as well as income tax computations and returns
- Manage internal and external audits, including planning, documentation, issue resolution, and follow-up activities
- Collaborate closely with finance, tax, legal, compliance teams, and external auditors
- Lead, coach, and develop the accounting team while supporting an engaged workplace
- Build positive stakeholder relationships and ensure high-quality service delivery
- Oversee process standardization, automation, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Support finance transformation programs, system implementations, and transition projects
Our requirements
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field
- Professional qualification such as ACCA, CIMA, CPA, or equivalent is an advantage
- 10+ years of experience in accounting, financial reporting, or financial compliance and at least 3 years in people leadership
- Previous experience in developing teams
- Background in a Global Business Services, Shared Services, or multinational environment
- Solid knowledge of IFRS, statutory reporting, general ledger accounting, financial close processes, audits, tax accounting, and internal controls
- Experience working with ERP systems such as SAP or S/4HANA
- Fluency in English
- Skilled in problem solving, working with stakeholders, and clear communication
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining high attention to detail
- Continuous-improvement mindset and customer-oriented approach
