This is how we work, at the client's site, agile, scrum

Your responsibilities, Develop, optimize, and maintain high-performance C++ applications for banking solutions., Integrate REST APIs to enable seamless communication and data exchange., Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical specifications and deliver innovative features., Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve complex software issues to ensure system stability., Participate in code reviews to uphold high standards of quality and best practices., Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and technical documentation., Support deployment processes and provide technical guidance within the team.

At least 5 years of professional experience in C++ development., Proven experience with REST API integration., Solid understanding of contemporary software development practices and tools., Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail., Good command of Polish language., Communicative English skills.

Optional, Knowledge of Java is a strong plus., Additional certifications in software development or related fields., Experience working within financial or banking environments.
