About the project, As a Senior Digital Banking System Analyst, you will be working for our client, a leading financial institution committed to revolutionizing mortgage processes through innovative digital solutions. You will contribute to streamlining credit workflows, enhancing system performance, and supporting cutting-edge banking technology, impacting thousands of customers and shaping the future of financial services., , Empower digital transformation in banking — shape the future of mortgage solutions!, , Warszawa-based opportunity with a remote work model (up to 5 days per week)., , Only candidates with an existing legal right to work in the European Union will be considered for this role.

Your responsibilities, Lead system analysis of changes in systems for creditworthiness calculation, application processing, and contract generation, Map and model business processes using BPMN to optimize digital mortgage workflows, Prepare comprehensive documentation of system modifications and enhancements, Collaborate with internal banking units, external IT developers, and service providers for seamless project implementation, Assist in maintaining and supporting existing systems, ensuring their stability and scalability, Implement APIs and data integration solutions to facilitate the digital transformation of banking processes, Analyze, design, and develop digital credit processes aligned with banking standards

Minimum 5 years of experience in banking or financial services, Strong proficiency in PL/SQL (advanced level), Advanced knowledge of REST API design and implementation, Experience with PostgreSQL databases (advanced level), Proven expertise in system analysis and process mapping using BPMN, Hands-on experience in designing and developing digital banking solutions, Skilled in application development, enhancement, and project delivery within finance environments, Experience working within the banking industry, Language required for the role: Polish (good command), English (communicative level)

Optional, Certification or experience with digital process design tools, Knowledge of digital transformation initiatives in banking, Familiarity with credit processing software or core banking systems
