About the project, Purpose of the Role, We are seeking a technically strong Software Engineer with experience in application development, system integrations, and agile delivery to support the Fund Services business., This role is responsible for designing, developing, and supporting technology solutions while working closely with business stakeholders, Product Owners, operational teams, and clients to deliver enhancements that improve business processes and client outcomes., The successful candidate will combine strong software engineering capability with business and systems understanding, translating business requirements into scalable technical solutions across applications, integrations, automation, and data processes., Due to the business-facing nature of this role, the position requires close collaboration with US-based stakeholders and clients during their operating hours. The role acts as a key technology partner, providing timely support, requirements clarification, solution input, and issue resolution., , Role Scope, The Software Engineer will support the full software delivery lifecycle, including requirements analysis, solution design, development, testing, deployment, and production support., The role works closely with business users to understand operational challenges, identify opportunities for automation and improvement, and deliver technology solutions aligned with business objectives.

Your responsibilities, Responsibilities include:, Developing and enhancing business applications., Supporting system integrations and automation initiatives., Partnering with business teams to understand requirements., Supporting client-facing technology needs., Resolving production issues and delivering continuous improvements., Collaborating with global technology teams where required., Key Responsibilities, Business Partnership & Solution Delivery, Work directly with Fund Services business teams and clients to understand requirements and provide technical solutions., Participate in requirement discussions and translate business needs into technical designs., Provide technical guidance on solution options, feasibility, and implementation approaches., Support business users through testing, implementation, and adoption of new functionality., Act as the bridge between business stakeholders and technology teams., Application Engineering, Design, develop, test, and maintain applications using C# (.NET/.NET Core) and Python., Develop APIs, integrations, automation scripts, and data transformation solutions., Ensure solutions meet functional, technical, security, and performance requirements., Support production applications and resolve technical issues.
