GL Accountant – Accounting Analyst (People Cost Accounting)

Responsibilities

• Support the finance department in preparing and checking balance sheet reconciliations and accounting entries.
• Monitor and explain differences and discrepancies, and report issues promptly.
• Execute month‑end closing tasks and support monthly financial reports.
• Maintain regular communication and collaboration with stakeholders.
• Actively participate in improving operational processes.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in GL accounting within a shared services centre.
• Higher education in finance, accounting, business administration or related fields.
• Very good command of English (B2/C1).
• Knowledge of SAP/BlackLine is an advantage.
