Microsoft Functional Consultant

We're looking for a Microsoft Functional Consultant to join our MS Solutions practice. This person will be the functional and business bridge between client needs and delivery — owning the presales journey from first client conversation through to a finalized, ready-to-sign proposal.

Requirements

• 4+ years of hands-on experience within the Microsoft ecosystem: Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI), Copilot Studio, SharePoint, and Microsoft 365
• Proven experience in presales: analyzing client requirements, scoping solutions, and translating business needs into functional solution design
• Ability to independently define a solution's functional architecture and propose the right technology approach
• Strong proposal and documentation skills — WBS, estimations, SOWs, RFI/RFP responses
• Fluent English (spoken and written) — will be client-facing
• Solid business acumen — able to speak the language of both IT and business stakeholders
• Proactive, self-driven, comfortable owning a process end-to-end without close supervision
• Highly structured approach to work — process and documentation discipline
• Confident client communication skills, including live presentations and calls

Nice to have

• Experience with Dynamics 365
• Certifications in Power Platform / Microsoft 365 / Azure
• Experience building AI-powered agents or copilots (Copilot Studio, Azure AI Foundry)
• Background in consulting or a system integrator environment
• Experience with lead qualification or scoring frameworks
• Familiarity with using AI tools (e.g. Claude) to accelerate presales workflows
