IT Manager for C# Development

You will be best suited for this role if:

• You have a minimum of 5 years of experience in people management, leading software development teams.
• You have a strong hands‑on experience in C# and the .NET ecosystem (minimum 7+ years), with proven ability to design, develop, and maintain backend applications and services.
• You have a solid understanding of financial markets and banking operations, including concepts like debit/credit and trading floor environments (ideally within areas such as Fixed Income, FX, or Derivatives). Please note that this is a critical requirement for the position.
• You have a deep and complex understanding of relational databases and backend architecture, along with exposure to frontend technologies to support end‑to‑end solution delivery.
• You have proven experience managing the full SDLC and development activities.
• You are experienced in Agile methodologies, TDD, and CI/CD practices.
• You demonstrate strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• You are proficient in English (additional French proficiency will be an asset).
