Legal Counsel

We are looking for a Senior Legal Counsel to support our client’s day-to-day legal operations. In this role, you will work closely with business teams and senior stakeholders, contributing to a broad range of legal matters across the organization.



Responsibilities

• Provide ongoing legal support across the business, particularly in the areas of civil, commercial, and intellectual property law
• Draft, review, verify, and negotiate contracts from both a legal and formal perspective
• Support the creation, implementation, and maintenance of internal policies and procedures in line with applicable regulations
• Identify legal risks and recommend practical, business-focused solutions
• Coordinate cooperation with external law firms, including assigning work and reviewing deliverables

Requirements

• Law degree in Polish law
• 5+ years of experience in an independent legal role
• Strong knowledge of civil and commercial law
• Experience with intellectual property licensing and content-related matters
• Experience supporting management boards and senior stakeholders
• Strong contract negotiation skills, including work on high-value commercial agreements
• Ability to independently prioritize legal matters and work with limited supervision
• Experience managing external counsel and legal budgets
• Excellent communication skills, including the ability to explain legal concepts clearly to non-legal stakeholders
• Very good command of English, including legal terminology

Nice to have

• Experience in the video games, technology, software, or digital entertainment sectors
• Previous experience in an in-house legal role
• Experience with publishing, distribution, or platform agreements
• Experience in corporate governance and board-level support
• Familiarity with AI-related legal matters and technology regulation
• Knowledge of labour law and data protection regulations
