P2P Problem Solver Specialist (12-month secondment)

AstraZeneca seeks a P2P Problem Solver Specialist for a 12-month secondment in Warsaw. The role focuses on resolving complex accounts payable issues, leading process improvement projects, and enhancing supplier experience across global regions. A hybrid arrangement requires three days per week in the office.

Responsibilities

• Resolve complex second-line P2P and accounts payable issues collaborating with suppliers and internal teams
• Lead global projects and facilitate cross-regional meetings to drive process improvements
• Identify process roadblocks and implement permanent solutions while educating users
• Guide suppliers on effective transaction methods to reduce rejected invoices and payment delays
• Analyze workflows and recommend lean methodologies to enhance productivity and reduce waste

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years accounts payable or P2P process experience
• 3+ years hands-on experience with P2P platforms such as Coupa, SAP, or Ariba
• Strong knowledge of PR/PO, goods receipt, and three-way match processes
• Demonstrated ability to lead meetings and manage cross-functional stakeholder discussions
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI
• Fluent English; additional languages desirable
• Familiarity with automation, AI, and digital solutions preferred
