ZAKRES OBOWIĄZKÓW:
- Lead and execute investment projects within assigned budgets, focusing on the maintenance and development of the facility infrastructure
- Provide technical expertise and support for ongoing infrastructure maintenance activities
- Coordinate and supervise external contractors performing work on-site
- Ensure compliance of projects with construction law requirements and corporate standards
- Prepare technical specifications and requests for quotations (RFQs) for external suppliers and contractors
- Maintain and update building and infrastructure documentation
- Support internal administrative processes related to the technical and infrastructure area
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, preferably in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Building Services, Utilities, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in managing and delivering capital investment projects
- Strong knowledge of construction law and practical experience in ensuring regulatory compliance
- English language proficiency at B2 level or higher, enabling effective communication and technical documentation review
- Ability to read and interpret technical specifications, documentation, and engineering drawings
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make independent technical decisions based on available data
- Excellent organizational skills, result orientation, and ability to manage priorities effectively
- Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office applications
- Good understanding of health and safety regulations and practical application of HSE requirements in technical projects
- A stable role within the Infrastructure team, combining capital investment projects with technical facility maintenance responsibilities
- Direct impact on the development, reliability, and sustainability of the facility infrastructure
- Opportunity to work with technical documentation, engineering drawings, AutoCAD, and Microsoft Office tools
- Collaboration with external contractors and involvement in procurement and tendering processes
