Procurement Specialist (CAPEX & MRO) - M/K

For our client we are looking for candidates for the position of Procurement Specialist (CAPEX & MRO).ZAKRES OBOWIĄZKÓW:

• Lead sourcing and procurement activities for CAPEX and MRO categories
• Conduct supplier evaluations, RFx processes, and commercial negotiations
• Analyze procurement spend and identify cost-saving opportunities
• Support contract creation, renewals, and compliance monitoring
• Build and maintain strong supplier relationships and performance tracking
• Prepare procurement reports, dashboards, and savings analyses
• Collaborate with Engineering, Operations, Maintenance, Finance, Quality, Legal, and Project Management teams
• Contribute to category management strategies and procurement improvement initiatives

WYMAGANIA:
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Procurement, Strategic Sourcing, Category Management, or Supply Chain
• Proven experience managing sourcing projects and supplier negotiations
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
• Experience with ERP and procurement systems such as SAP, Ariba, or similar
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Fluent English
• Experience in CAPEX, MRO, manufacturing equipment, automation, or industrial procurement
• Background in manufacturing, medical devices, pharmaceutical, or industrial environments
• Knowledge of Sievo or similar spend analytics tools
