Your responsibilities

• Prepare and deliver Bacteromic product demonstrations
• Conduct customer training on the use of Bacteromic system
• Provide scientific and application support for use of Bacteromic products
• Support customers in troubleshooting and resolving application-related issues (first line of support)
• Monitor performance of installed systems remotely and on-site
• Participate in system installations and customer implementations
• Support pilot studies, evaluations, and validation of Bacteromic systems
• Assist in analysis of service cases and provide application-related input to the technical team
• Cross-functional Collaboration
• Collaborate with Sales by providing technical and scientific expertise
• Support preparation of training and marketing materials
• Collect and communicate customer feedback to R&D to improve existing and future products
• Prepare and maintain training and application documentation
• Ensure compliance with quality requirements (e.g., ISO 13485)
• Maintain proper application-related records and reports
• Visiting customers and stakeholders in Poland and globally
• Attending domestic and global trade fairs and conferences

Our requirements

• University degree in Life Sciences (e.g., microbiology, biotechnology, biomedical engineering, or related fields)
• Experience in MedTech / diagnostics / clinical microbiology (customer-facing experience preferred)
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Willingness to travel and work with customers on-site
• Ability to troubleshoot technical and application issues
• Fluent English (minimum B2, spoken and written)

Optional

• Experience with IVD systems and regulated environments (ISO 13485, IVDR)
• Experience in customer training or technical support roles
• Familiarity with clinical laboratory workflows
• Strong interest in innovative diagnostic technologies
