Customer Support Specialist with French (all genders)

Our Opening and Your Responsibilities

As a Customer Support Specialist , you will be responsible for assistance in processing orders accurately and efficiently, as well as providing excellent customer service to our clients from France and other EU countries.

The internal job title is Customer Support Agent.

Key Tasks and Responsibilities

• Providing 1st and 2nd level sales support for OHAUS and METTLER TOLEDO Online dealers and end users relating to weighing products,
• Assisting customers via e-mail and phone in the ordering process and providing the most up-to-date shipment status on existing orders,
• Respond to all enquiries regarding pricing, product availability, basic product specifications, complaints, parts identification, order status, and sales leads,
• Resolving product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaints; identifying the root cause of issues; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve problems; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution,
• Ensuring and providing quality service to internal and external customers,
• Recommending potential products or services to management by analyzing customer needs,
• Supporting and preparing administrative documents.

What You Need to Succeed

• At least 1 year of professional experience on similar position,
• Good knowledge of English and French (written and spoken, min. B2),
• Strong focus to details,
• Strong customer orientation and service-oriented work,
• Good understanding of complex business processes,
• Knowledge of SAP will be an asset.

The recruitment process consists of the following steps:
