O projekcie, The brief of the data analyst assignment is to perform MVP2 Analysis of how Data Collection can be done in a better way than currently with Robotics and manual processes.

Twój zakres obowiązków, Analyze prioritized data points and data sets defined by the Business, covering data structure, current state, ownership, and future sourcing options., Identify and document the structure of data, including relevant data points, fields, formats, and relationships., Assess the current state of data sourcing, including source systems, extraction methods, and existing data flows., Identify and document differences in data availability, structure, and sourcing processes across countries., Analyze and document business rules applied to data extraction and processing., Identify the actual business and/or system owners responsible for the data, including cases where the data owner differs from the current source., Evaluate future data sourcing options, with a preference for existing APIs where available., Assess opportunities to extend existing APIs or develop new API integrations where required., Evaluate alternative sourcing solutions, including data marts, data lakes, existing or new robotic/RPA solutions., Identify technical, business, system, and organizational dependencies associated with each sourcing option., Provide input required to prepare high-level cost estimates for potential sourcing solutions., Compare available sourcing options and document their feasibility, dependencies, limitations, and implementation considerations., Prepare clear documentation of the current state, data ownership, and recommended future sourcing options for each data point or data set in scope., Collaborate with Business, IT, data owners, and other relevant stakeholders to validate findings and clarify data requirements.

Data collection analysis experience, Experience analysing data structures and data flows, Understanding of data ownership, data governance, and data lineage concepts, API integrations, Very structured and detailed to work with both structured and unstructured data., Ability to identify and document business rules, dependencies, and current-state processes, Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, Able to coordinate input from many teams while maintaining progress and focus
