Your responsibilities

• Selling the full range of services to existing customers and acquiring new clients
• Managing a team of Sii Engineers dedicated to your clients
• Recruiting IT engineers to support client needs
• Building and nurturing relationships with current clients while providing exceptional daily customer service
• Preparing offers and presentations for clients
• Collaborating with Sii Competency Centers and the Recruitment Department to implement new services for clients
• Coordinating the entire sales process, including contract negotiations
• Actively participating in pre-sales processes when preparing and selling solutions to clients

Our requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in B2B sales
• Higher education degree, preferably in IT or Business
• Experience collaborating with international companies
• Strong independence and professionalism, with excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills
• Initiative, creativity, a can-do attitude, and goal orientation
• Experience in sales prospecting and market analysis for sales strategy
• Outstanding self-motivation and negotiation skills in English
• Advanced level of Polish
• Willingness to work from the office at least 3 days per week

Optional

• Experience in selling IT, consulting, and outsourcing services
• Knowledge of the German language at B2 level
