Your responsibilities

• Design dimensional models: Star schemas with SCD Type 2 dimensions, fact tables
• Develop ETL pipelines: Stored procedures with transaction management, hash-based upserts, multi-source consolidation, and data quality checks
• Optimize performance: Query tuning with CTEs, window functions, incremental loading strategies
• CI/CD & automation: Git/GitLab version control, automated deployment, schema migrations, code reviews
• Integrate data sources: SAP extractors, REST APIs, Blob Storage; document data lineage
• Collaborate: Work with business and BI teams, participate in architecture discussions, mentor junior developers
• Travel to Germany 1-2x/year for team workshops.

Our requirements

• 2+ years with Snowflake or similar cloud DWH (Redshift, BigQuery, Synapse) or large SQL projects in enterprise environment
• Advanced SQL: CTEs, window functions, stored procedures, performance tuning
• Star schema design: fact/dimension tables, SCD Type 1 & 2, upsert logic
• Git/GitLab collaboration
• Polish: Fluent | English: Communicative
• CV in English language

Optional

• Azure (Blob Storage, Data Factory), Snowflake administration
• BI tools: Power BI, MicroStrategy, Tableau
• CI/CD tools (TeamCity, Azure DevOps) or scripting (PowerShell, Bash)
• Python or Snowflake Scripting
• SAP BW / S/4HANA domain knowledge (CO-PA, FI, MM)

• Join our team building and scaling a financial controlling data warehouse that powers decision-making across the organization. Our Snowflake-based platform processes data from multiple ERP systems, integrates 45+ downstream applications, and serves financial reporting and analytics teams worldwide.
• 1,700+ SQL objects across 95+ schemas
• 40+ fact tables, 100+ dimensional models
• Daily processing of millions of financial transactions
• You'll work on slowly changing dimensions, multi-currency consolidation, and data quality monitoring — architecting a data platform at enterprise scale.
