Job Summary
The Talent Acquisition Operations Coordinator is a critical member of WBD’s Talent Acquisition team, ensuring best‑in‑class recruiting experience for candidates and operational excellence across EMEA.
Responsibilities
- Support multiple recruiters in scheduling complex interviews across differing time zones, including phone, onsite, multi‑layered scheduling, videoconferencing, and travel facilitation.
- Serve as an ambassador for the candidate experience, managing all interview logistics and acting as the primary point of contact.
- Manage the offer process, sending documentation including offer letters and checklists, ensuring new hires complete admission documentation efficiently and correctly.
- Communicate with internal teams throughout the hiring process.
- Support operational projects such as translating documentation and other administrative requests.
Qualifications & Experience
- Previous recruitment and/or administrative experience preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; additional languages desirable.
- Strong interpersonal skills for relationship building across the business.
- Ability to multi‑task in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment during organizational changes.
- Maintains strict confidentiality and problem‑solves in a timely manner.
- Desirable interest in data analysis.

Working Model
