Senior Business Analyst

Senior business analyst owning requirements for the Client's digital products: stakeholder discovery, process mapping, BRD/FRD and functional specifications, gap analysis and UAT coordination. Accountable for completeness, traceability and change control of requirements.

Key tasks:

• • Plan and run stakeholder interviews and workshops; synthesise outcomes into prioritised requirements.
• Map as-is and to-be business processes (BPMN) and identify improvement opportunities.
• Author BRDs, FRDs, functional specifications, user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Perform gap analysis between business needs, existing systems and proposed solutions.
• Prepare UAT scripts and data, coordinate testing with the business and triage defects.
• Maintain the requirements traceability matrix from requirement to delivered feature and test.

• Completeness and accuracy of documented requirements.
• Traceability from requirement to delivered feature and test evidence.
• UAT coordination and defect triage with the business.
• Requirement change control and impact assessment.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 7+ years as a business analyst on enterprise software delivery, of which 3+ leading requirements for a product or programme end to end (discovery to UAT).
• Requirements elicitation and documentation (BRD/FRD, user stories, acceptance criteria), BPMN process modelling.
• Backlog tooling (Azure DevOps / Jira), Confluence, Visio / Miro / Figma for wireframes.
• Data literacy: SQL for data validation, understanding of APIs and integration flows.
• UAT planning, test-case design and defect management.
• Agile / Scrum delivery; facilitation and stakeholder management up to director level.

• CBAP / CCBA, PSPO or equivalent certification.
• Experience with investment, treasury or corporate-services processes in a holding company.
• Product ownership experience.
• Experience in financial services, sovereign wealth / investment holding or other regulated enterprise environments.
• Experience working with distributed teams (onsite UAE with nearshore India / offshore Poland squads).
