Key Responsibilities

• Clean, sand, and remove rust from surfaces slated for painting
• Mask and protect areas that must not be painted
• Perform sandblasting to achieve thorough surface preparation
• Apply primers and prepare surfaces for coating
• Operate spray guns and airless spray nozzles for paint application
• Execute multi‑layer painting, including top‑coat and clear‑coat
• Inspect finished surfaces for defects and perform necessary repairs
• Maintain and clean painting equipment after each use
• Ensure compliance with all safety and environmental regulations

Qualifications & Requirements

• Basic conversational knowledge of German
• Relevant professional experience as an industrial painter
• Commitment to quality, safety, and teamwork
