Marketing Business Development Manager (iGaming)

We are seeking a Senior Strategic Marketing Business Development Manager to serve as the intelligence and growth hub for our marketing department. Your primary objective is to uncover non-obvious scaling opportunities: new traffic sources, infrastructure solutions, vendors, competitive insights, and top-tier marketing teams for strategic collaboration.

In this role, you will:

• Competitive Intelligence: Deep-dive analysis of competitors (traffic sources, ad setups/angles, new GEOs) and iGaming market trends.

• Infrastructure & Vendors: Sourcing ad infrastructure (FB/TikTok accounts), services (Telegram, DSPs, Push), and ASO/SEO contractors.

• Scouting & Partnerships: Identifying top media buying and affiliate teams (for hiring or partnership) and building win-win collaborations.

• Growth Strategy: Delivering actionable analytical reports and growth recommendations to C-level leadership.

  Skills you’ll need to bring:
  

• Experience: 5+ years in iGaming ( strictly required ).

• Marketing Expertise: Deep understanding of Performance and Affiliate Marketing, including nuances of Facebook, TikTok, Telegram, SEO, PPC, and Influencer Marketing.

• Infrastructure Savvy: Thorough understanding of the technical and operational setup required to scale traffic acquisition in iGaming.

• Networking & Scouting: Extensive industry network with a proven ability to reach key contacts cold and uncover non-public market intelligence.

• Language: Upper-Intermediate (B2+) or fluent English.
