SAP MM Consultant

Your new company  

For our Client, international company that is building global SAP Competence Center in Wrocław, we are currently looking for SAP MM Consultant (hybrid work).

Your new role  

• Lead the configuration, testing, and optimization of SAP MM/IM processes and functionalities.
• Ensure compliance with GxP and CSV standards across goods movement and inventory management processes.
• Translate business requirements into scalable, best-practice SAP solutions.
• Configure and support WM/EWM and Logistics Execution (LE) processes where integrated with MM.
• Manage system changes through SAP Solution Manager (SolMan).
• Provide 2nd and 3rd Level Support for SAP MM/IM/LE, resolving complex incidents and system issues.
• Lead and contribute to SAP MM-related projects, including full-cycle implementations, S/4HANA deployments, and system enhancements; oversee tasks, defects, and change requests using Jira.
• Facilitate requirements-gathering workshops, develop detailed functional specifications, and convert complex business needs into efficient SAP solutions and process designs.
• Provide hypercare and post-go-live support, managing and prioritizing requests through Jira Service Management.
• Deliver user training sessions and maintain comprehensive end-user documentation, including SOPs, user guides, and work instructions.
• Partner with external vendors and service providers to enhance support operations, streamline processes, and continuously improve service quality.

What you'll need to succeed  

• 3–5 years of hands-on SAP MM experience in 2nd and 3rd level support, including system customization and configuration.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex business requirements into scalable and compliant SAP solutions.
• Solid knowledge of SAP MM best practices covering sourcing, procurement, and inventory management processes.
• Experience in at least one full lifecycle SAP implementation would be considered a strong asset.
• University degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• SAP MM certification would be a strong advantage.
• Knowledge of GxP/GDP regulations and procedures would be an advantage.
• Experience with SAP WM or SAP EWM is highly desirable, particularly within a regulated manufacturing environment.
• SAP S/4HANA experience, including migrations, rollouts, or template deployments, is highly desirable.
• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
