Specjalista IT

We’re looking for an IT professional who enjoys working with modern infrastructure and keeping systems stable, secure, and efficient. This role combines hands-on system administration, user support, and continuous improvement of IT environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain Microsoft server environments, with a focus on: Active Directory DNS and DHCP services

• Troubleshoot and resolve ongoing technical issues across supported IT systems

• Ensure systems operate in line with defined SLA standards

• Handle internal IT service requests in a structured and timely manner

• Install, configure, and maintain operating systems for both workstations and servers

• Maintain up-to-date and well-organized technical documentation

• Monitor and enhance security across IT systems and infrastructure

• Support and administer local network environments (LAN)

• Contribute to continuous improvement of IT processes and system performance

Required Skills & Experience:

• Hands-on experience in a similar IT support or system administration role

• Solid knowledge of Windows and Windows Server environments

• Practical experience with: Active Directory, DNS / DHCP

• Ability to install, configure, and troubleshoot Microsoft-based systems

• Understanding of networking concepts and local network administration

• Familiarity with internet technologies such as: Web hosting, Email systems, Websites

• English proficiency that allows effective use of technical documentation

• Strong communication skills and good work organization

• Genuine interest in IT and a willingness to learn

• Technical education (at least secondary level, IT or electronics-related)
