About the project

We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst with a strong background in requirements traceability and delivering projects within regulated industries. You will support the modernization of an application used in the Homologation area. The project involves working closely with business stakeholders to improve requirements traceability, challenge existing processes, and establish a robust quality and validation framework in a regulated environment.

Your responsibilities

• Optimizing business processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
• Connecting business requirements to regulatory requirements to ensure compliance
• Ensuring traceability from requirements to validation through thorough documentation
• Eliciting and analyzing business requirements to drive project success
• Challenging the business status quo to identify areas for improvement
• Collaborating with stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables
• Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of regulatory requirements and best practices

Our requirements

• Minimum 6 years of experience as a Business Analyst
• Deep expertise in requirements traceability and its application in projects
• Experience working in a regulated industry
• Proven experience in eliciting business requirements and optimizing business processes
• Strong understanding of compliance and regulatory frameworks
• Advanced level of English
• Ability to work from the client's office in Wroclaw twice a week
