- 5 years of professional experience in technical writing, knowledge management, documentation management, or a related field
- Strong ability to simplify complex technical concepts while maintaining the required level of detail and accuracy
- Good understanding of software development processes, IT systems, and product documentation practices
- Hands-on experience with documentation and collaboration tools such as SharePoint, Confluence, Jira, or similar platforms
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to drive collaboration across teams
- Availability to work in a hybrid model, with a requirement to be present in the Warsaw office at least twice per month
- Professional proficiency in English, both written and spoken
- Residing in Poland required
