Your responsibilities

• Support IT leadership in day-to-day coordination and strategic initiatives
• Prepare analyses, reports and executive presentations
• Coordinate activities across various IT teams and stakeholders
• Monitor deadlines, action items and follow up on key initiatives
• Support preparation of management and board materials
• Assist in IT governance, budgeting and reporting activities
• Take part in transformation and organizational improvement projects

Our requirements

• 2-5 years of experience in consulting, PMO, project coordination or executive support
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent PowerPoint and Excel skills
• Ability to turn complex information into clear summaries and recommendations
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Fluent Polish and English
• Experience working with senior stakeholders will be an advantage
• Curiosity and willingness to continuously learn and understand how the organization operates
• Strong ownership mindset and ability to independently drive topics to completion
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to build trusted relationships across different organizational levels
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Proactive attitude and courage to challenge the status quo constructively
• Ability to work in a dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities
• Team player with a positive, can-do attitude
