FSP Trial Delivery Specialist - Clinical Trial Coordinator

Thermo Fisher Scientific seeks a clinical trial coordinator to support global study delivery as an embedded partner with a leading biopharmaceutical company. The role manages operational excellence across study phases, overseeing vendor relationships, data integrity, and cross-functional team coordination from setup through archival.

Responsibilities

• Monitor study conduct and progress; identify, resolve, and escalate risks affecting quality, timeline, and budget
• Oversee operational study delivery activities including setup, system maintenance, and project planning from initiation to archival
• Coordinate study-related activities and manage cross-functional team communication with internal and external partners
• Ensure eTMF completeness and inspection readiness through document review, tracking, and quality verification
• Manage vendor relationships and CRO oversight; oversee clinical supplies delivery and investigational product continuity

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences or related field
• Minimum 1+ years pharmaceutical or scientific work experience
• Foundational knowledge of clinical study delivery processes and regulations
• Strong project management skills and excellent English communication
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and clinical trial management systems
• Knowledge of clinical trial regulatory requirements
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently
