In this role, you'll create video and image content powered by cutting-edge AI tools, blending them with classic editing skills and strong storytelling instincts. You don't need to be an expert — potential, taste, and hunger to grow matter more
Key Responsibilities
Create video and image content using AI generation tools
Work with prompts, references, and iterate on generations until they hit different
✂️ Edit video with a sharp eye for rhythm, continuity, music, and captions
Build content around solid storytelling: hook, tension, story, payoff
Adapt content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts
Stay on top of trends, formats, and aesthetics across social media
️ Take briefs and feedback like a pro, and keep your files/versions organized
Who You Are
Hands-on experience with AI image and video generation tools
️ Great eye and strong sense of taste — you know what looks good vs. what looks cheap
️ Basic video editing skills, comfortable in Adobe Creative Cloud or similar tools
Understanding of composition, color, light, and typography basics
Deep knowledge of TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts culture
Creative & curious — always testing new tools
⚡ Fast learner, open to feedback (no ego, all growth mindset)
Patient with testing, iterating, and trying again (and again)
✅ Detail-oriented and accountable, with the ability to explain your creative choices
Genuine interest in visual culture, film, and internet trends
Bonus Points
Film, photography, graphic design, or other visual background
️ Motion design or After Effects skills
