Your responsibilities

• Execute research and project-related activities in line with project priorities and timelines.
• Independently plan, perform, and analyze biophysical experiments.
• Conduct experiments using biophysical techniques, including SPR (Surface Plasmon Resonance), BLI (Bio-Layer Interferometry), and DSF (Differential Scanning Fluorimetry).
• Perform high-throughput screening assays based on biophysical and/or biochemical methods.
• Develop, optimize, and validate experimental methods and establish SOPs for new workflows.
• Analyze experimental data and prepare scientific reports and documentation.
• Maintain accurate laboratory notebooks and experimental records.
• Review scientific literature and continuously expand technical and scientific expertise.
• Ensure proper maintenance, cleaning, calibration, and servicing of assigned laboratory equipment and report equipment issues when needed.
• Maintain laboratory organization and comply with laboratory safety standards and procedures.

Our requirements

• MSc or PhD in Biophysics, Biotechnology, Molecular Biology, Life Sciences, or a related discipline.
• Relevant laboratory experience in biophysics or related experimental research.
• Hands-on experience with SPR, BLI, DSF, or other relevant biophysical techniques.
• Experience in experimental design, execution, and troubleshooting.
• Experience with method optimization and validation.
• Ability to analyze, interpret, and present scientific data.
• Experience in scientific reporting and laboratory documentation.
• Ability to independently review and evaluate scientific literature.
• Good command of English (spoken and written).
• Proficiency in MS Office; experience with data analysis tools is an advantage.
• Knowledge of laboratory equipment operation and maintenance principles.
• Hands-on troubleshooting skills.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Team-oriented mindset.
