EHS Expert - Poland (m/f/d)

We are looking for an experienced EHS Expert to support our operations in Poland and selected Central European countries.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure compliance with Polish EHS legal requirements and company standards

• Maintain and improve the EHS Management System (ISO 14001 / ISO 45001)

• Conduct audits, risk assessments, and incident investigations

• Support business units with practical EHS guidance and implementation

• Collaborate with stakeholders and authorities across the organization

• Provide support to Physical Security and Sustainability topics

• Support EHS activities in Czech Republic and Hungary

Requirements:

•~5 years of experience in Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS)

• Mandatory: qualifications required under Polish law (e.g., BHP specialist certification)

• Strong knowledge of local EHS regulations and compliance requirements

• Experience with EHS audits, reporting, and management systems

• Ability to work across functions and influence stakeholders

• Fluent English (written & spoken) – essential for international collaboration

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

The salary range for this position is 107,300 PLN to 187,800 PLN and this role is eligible to earn incentive compensation. The actual compensation offered is based on the successful candidate’s job-related skills, experience, and relevant education/training. Siemens offers health and wellness benefits to employees.
