Our client is an international organization with a strong presence across Europe, currently looking for an experienced HR professional to join its regional People team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys combining HR operations, employee advisory and people analytics in a dynamic, international environment.

Working closely with HR, Finance and business stakeholders across multiple countries, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality People processes, supporting employees throughout the entire employee lifecycle and driving data-informed HR decisions.

Twój zakres obowiązków

  • Act as a trusted advisor for employees and managers, providing guidance on HR policies, procedures and employee lifecycle processes.
  • Coordinate onboarding, internal transfers, promotions, contract changes and offboarding activities.
  • Support employee relations matters, including performance management, leave administration and flexible working arrangements.
  • Maintain accurate employee records across HR systems and ensure data integrity.
  • Coordinate HR case reviews, monitor deadlines, track completion and follow up with relevant stakeholders.
  • Prepare HR documentation, employee communications and process-related materials.
  • Support payroll administration by ensuring employee changes are processed accurately and on time.
  • Build reports, dashboards and analyses to provide meaningful workforce insights.
  • Develop and maintain reporting solutions using Power BI and other analytical tools.
  • Collaborate with Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, HR Operations and business leaders to support strategic People initiatives.
  • Analyse workforce trends and HR metrics, identifying opportunities to improve processes and employee experience.
  • Participate in regional HR projects, process optimisation and system enhancements.

Wymagania pracodawcy

  • Previous experience in HR Operations, HR Advisory, People Operations or a similar HR generalist role.
  • Good understanding of the employee lifecycle and HR best practices.
  • Experience working with HRIS systems (Workday or similar platforms).
  • Strong analytical skills and confidence working with HR data.
  • Advanced Excel skills; experience with Power BI is required.
  • Knowledge of Power Query, DAX, Tableau, Alteryx or Power Automate will be considered an advantage.
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • High attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.
  • Fluent English (written and spoken).
