About the project

We are looking for a skilled Data Operations Specialist to join our team. You will play a crucial role in maintaining and managing data within JD Edwards and other systems, ensuring data quality and accuracy. Collaborating closely with Data Stewards and Business Process Experts, you will help maintain high data standards and support data governance initiatives. If you have a keen eye for detail and strong analytical skills, this opportunity may be the right fit for you.

Your responsibilities

• Input, update, and manage data in JD Edwards, databases, and spreadsheets
• Collaborate with Data Stewards and Business Process Experts to maintain master data quality and consistency
• Analyze data lineage, identify anomalies, and evaluate data quality metrics
• Perform data validation and quality checks to identify and resolve discrepancies
• Support data cleansing and data governance initiatives
• Prepare reports and documentation related to data quality and data maintenance

Our requirements

• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience working with JD Edwards
• Working knowledge of SQL for data querying and validation
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
• Experience with master data management processes
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Ability to analyze data lineage and identify anomalies and inconsistencies
• Fluency in Polish and English
• Residency in Poland

Optional

• Experience in data governance or data operations
• Understanding of ERP systems and business processes
• Previous work in cross-functional and international teams
