ORFORD Sp. z o.o. is looking for a Recruitment Specialist to join our international recruitment team.

We are especially interested in candidates from the Philippines or Bangladesh who currently live in Poland and have experience in recruitment or HR.

Responsibilities

• Managing full recruitment processes – from sourcing candidates to final hiring
• Searching for candidates through various channels and social media
• Conducting interviews and candidate screening
• Building long-term relationships with candidates
• Maintaining candidate databases
• Cooperation with clients to match candidates with project requirements
  

Skills

• Minimum 1 year of recruitment experience (agency recruitment experience is a plus)
• Experience working with international candidates
• Good communication skills in English
• Ability to work independently and build relationships
• Knowledge of social media recruitment channels
  

Offer

• Employment contract or contract of mandate
• Salary: 6,200–8,200 PLN gross/month
