Siebel IT Operations Specialist

Currently, we are looking for a Siebel IT Operations Specialist. Project information: Location: 100% remote Type of employment: standard employment contract Project languages: English Key Responsibilities: Monitoring and maintaining Siebel CRM environments. Incident analysis, diagnosing and resolving issues. Handling Change Management processes and supporting deployments. Supporting business users and project teams. Working with SQL, logs and monitoring tools. Collaboration on integrations (SOA/ESB). Creating operational and technical documentation. Requirements: Experience with Siebel CRM (Operations/Administration/Support). Good SQL and database environment knowledge (Oracle preferred). Ability to work with logs and monitoring tools. Knowledge of ITIL processes (Incident/Problem/Change). English at least B2 level. Nice to have: Knowledge of Linux/Unix; Experience with CI/CD; Knowledge of SOA/OSB.
